Booked as was cheapest hotel. Arriving at the hotel and my room I now see why. The room as a whole wasn’t that clean - limescale covering the shower screens, and marks over the bedroom walls and skirting boards. If you don’t have a car it’s a bit of a walk from the train/bus stop. Likewise not many options for food nearby - unless you want Indian than the hotel has a restaurant (can’t comment as I didn’t eat there). Also my stay was during a heatwave and although I didn’t ask for a fan - rooms don’t have aircon.

Great place to stay very close to all immunities and excellent location from my workplace. Will most definitely be staying again. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a Great hotel to stay with all the basics that you need

Room 7 was given could not open door walked back to receptionist she came tried could not open door. Went back got new card pushed the door could not open. She went back to find someone to open door in house keeper. But came back with key for room 6. Went in the room bathroom floor tile was out dangerous can be 訂房網站ped. Only one glass for two guest walked back to reception which walking outside in rain. Got one glass came back to room no tv working. Had to go back to reception again the receptionist came and took the remote to change battery coke back tv still not working. She went away and came back with key for room 10. So checked in room 10 this whole scenario wasted over one hour. When complained the receptionist said management will decide what compensation can be given. Not heard from her Check the pictures of tv and bathroom tiles Will never book this hotel again

Avoid this hotel!!!!.... It was absolutely horrendous!!!... First off on arrival there was a massive wedding going on and we couldn't find anywhere to park, then when we eventually found somewhere it took us ages to find the reception (as it is not what is shown on the grand entrance in the pics). Once we did find the reception, the receptionist was very half hearted about booking us in, asking for id for both me and my husband, when I have never had to give I'd at any other hotel in the UK!!... We finally got sorted with a family room that was the other side of about 100 people stood around for this wedding.... When we got to the room we then couldn't get in as the door key didn't work!!.. so we then had to make our way back through the 100+ people to go and sort the card out to get into the room!!... When we opened the door it looked like a hell hole!!.... The dirty blind was pulled down and the room had a musty smell!!.... The walls where flirty, the bathroom looked like it needs ripping out and replacing and there was hair in my daughter's bed (a sofabed, that didn't even feel safe to sit on let alone sleep in) my daughter got upset and didn't want to stay ( she has ADHD and autism)... So we decided to leave, I went to the reception and told them we were not happy and we would be leaving, they tried to offer another room, but one we had already decided this was not somewhere we wanted to stay with all that was going on IE:the wedding and the fact my daughter was crying and upset!!... So we left!!!!... I have since been on and off with the hotel and 訂房網站.com to get our money back!!..... Please avoid this hotel!!!!! And also see pics attached

Did not enjoy my stay, tv didn't work, bathroom was ace but shower curtain didn't really work.

Booked a suite which was a complete dive, the blinds didn’t shut leaving you in full view of the carpark. Was changed to the bridal suite which was also awful, dirty but at least the blinds closed. TV didn’t work, shower was covered in limescale and the towels was dirty. The general cleanliness of the place is poor at best. Now if you are a work traveler in a van, I will say the car park is very secure and the reception CCTV area was manned every time I walked past which is a nice touch. So if van security is more important than the room itself the place does have some positive’s. 15 minute walk to Slough city centre if you fancy food or a beer. In summary a great looking building from the outside with secure parking. Rooms are bad and that’s based on the so-called more expensive premium rooms. I do hope for the hotels sake, it gets brought out because it has the foundations of being a really nice place with a few million quid spent on in.

I am writing to bring to your attention the unfortunate and highly unsatisfactory experience I recently encountered during my stay at the Baylis Hotel. Throughout the night, I was subjected to an intolerable amount of noise coming from outside the hotel premises, significantly impacting the quality of my rest. I regret to inform you that the bed in my room was far from comfortable, leading to a restless and uncomfortable night's sleep. In addition to the noise disturbance and discomfort caused by the bed, I also encountered several issues with the amenities provided in the room. A number of items were broken or malfunctioning, further contributing to a sense of dissatisfaction with my stay at your establishment. Furthermore, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service displayed by the hotel staff in handling these issues promptly and effectively. Despite my attempts to address these concerns during the night, I found myself still awake and troubled at the alarming hour of 3:30 am. As a paying guest, I expect and deserve a certain standard of comfort, service, and hospitality at any reputable establishment, all of which were severely lacking during my recent stay at the Baylis Hotel. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues raised to prevent similar experiences for future guests. I kindly request a prompt response to this email, detailing the steps that will be taken to rectify these shortcomings and restore confidence in the Baylis Hotel brand.

Found ants in the bathroom,Wi-Fi was shoddy,air con was only blowing hot air ,dirty sheets.Tv didn’t work.No hot water.Sheets were dirty. Only stay if you’re desperate

Very disappointed service is really poor AC wasn’t working. We informed at resection but their wasn’t any help room wasn’t clean aswell
